Yes, I do offer a send-in embroidery service. Pricing depends on the size of the item and the design you would like embroidered. This service starts at £17 for a name-only design, plus the cost of return postage.
If you would like to use this service, please send me a message including a photo of the item you would like embroidered so I can check the material.
If you are ordering an item online specifically for embroidery, such as a baby blanket, I can also provide my address so the item can be sent directly to me to save on postage.
Our knitted items are available up to age 3, and our personalised denim jackets are available up to age 7.
No — if I knitted every item myself I would only be able to complete around one order per week.
I work with a talented team of knitters across the UK who create the knitted pieces, as well as carefully sourcing knits online and in shops. When you support Loom & Stitch, you are also supporting these independent knitters.
As all items are personalised and take a significant amount of time to create, they cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
Please measure a well-fitting item you already own to ensure the knit you order will be the correct size before ordering. I will also confirm the design details with you before beginning.
For bespoke commissions, I will share a photo of the finished item before posting to ensure you are happy with everything.
All Loom & Stitch pieces are handmade and designed to be worn and loved.
- Wash knitted items on a 30°C wool wash
- Avoid conditioner
- Lay flat to air dry
- Do not tumble dry
- Use a fabric debobbler occasionally to keep knits looking fresh
- Name-only knits: 3–5 working days
- Denim jackets: 2–3 weeks
- Full knit commissions: 3–4 weeks
